KATE BLAINE

Founder – Sales Director – Facilitator

Kate has two passions that drive her in life – connecting with people and coaching people to become the best that they possibly can be. Driven by these two passions, Kate’s key roles at Learn to Lead are business development and facilitation (predominantly presentation skills).

After completing her Master’s thesis comparing lecture style learning to experiential learning, Kate co-founded Learn to Lead in 2004. During the last 11 years Kate has formed strong and lasting relationships and business partnerships with many clients, has innovated and presented many learning programs and has witnessed hundreds of delegates progress from being good to great to outstanding presenters.

ADAM THOMAS

Managing Director – Course Designer – Facilitator

Adam’s passion for learning lies in the field of experiential course development with a particular focus on courses that enhance emerging and established leaders on their journeys of self and team leadership. He is also responsible for overseeing the business systems and operations and ensuring we deliver e excellent products and levels of service our clients have come to expect.

After completing a Business Science Degree in 1999 in the field of Organisational Psychology, he worked in both London and Amsterdam in HR & Training roles, eventually returning to South Africa in 2006 after an 8-month bicycle tour through Europe and Africa.

NAOMI WILLIS

Naomi is the newest member of our team and has brought with her a passion for all things organized and efficient. She is our office and administration manager, chief problem-solver, and is responsible for ensuring smooth business processes occur in the background in an effort to improve our client experience.

She comes from a strong background of administration, business management, and financial support and has some key capabilities that equip her for this multi-skilled role, including planning and organizing, productivity optimization and general predicting of chaos before it happens.
