Kate has two passions that drive her in life – connecting with people and coaching people to become the best that they possibly can be.

Driven by these two passions, Kate’s key roles at Learn to Lead are business development and facilitation (predominantly presentation skills).

After completing her Master’s thesis comparing lecture style learning to experiential learning, Kate co-founded Learn to Lead in 2004. During the last 11 years Kate has formed strong and lasting relationships and business partnerships with many clients, has innovated and presented many learning programs and has witnessed hundreds of delegates progress from being good to great to outstanding presenters.

The team describes Kate as someone who is: passionate about people development, a mentor to other staff in the business, driven, wise, open and fun.
